§ 333-34. Violations and penalties.

Any violation of this chapter shall constitute a civil offense punishable, upon conviction thereof by a Magisterial District Judge, by a fine as provided in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of the Code of the Borough of Munhall, plus costs of prosecution. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
