§ 299-4. Fees.

The application for the approval of such occupancy and permit shall be accompanied by a fee, as established from time to time by resolution of the Borough Council, for residential purposes and for commercial establishments. If further inspection is required by the Health Officer, Fire Chief, Building Inspector or other such officers as the Council may require, an additional fee, as established from time to time by resolution of the Borough Council, per resident inspection and per commercial inspection will be required before the occupancy permit is granted.
