§ 112-6. Violations and penalties.

A. 

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine as provided in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of the Code of the Borough of Munhall, plus costs, and, in default of the payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this article continues or each section of this article which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.

B. 

All fines collected from the enforcement of this article shall be remitted to the Borough for use in the general fund.

C. 

In addition to the penalty provisions herein, the alcoholic beverage or container shall be seized and impounded.
