§ 1-16. Fines for violations of ordinances regulating building, housing, property maintenance, health, fire codes, public safety codes, water, pollution of water, air or noise.

Fines for violation of Borough ordinances are hereby established or increased to the maximum amount allowable under the Borough Code to the sum of $1,000 for each violation; this increase shall apply only to ordinances regulating building, housing, property maintenance, health, fire codes, public safety codes, water, pollution of water, air or noise and conduct related thereto.
